Benang is expanding into the oil and gas sector through Benang Mechanical, our precision fabrication and mechanical delivery business at Bibra Lake. Our tradespeople hold coded welding qualifications to ASME IX, ASME B31.3, API 1104, AS 2885.2 and DNV, and we fabricate and install piping in carbon steel, stainless, duplex and super duplex, Zeron and Inconel. Combined with our shutdown support experience onshore and offshore, and our gas network delivery to AS 2885 for ATCO, this gives us capability built for the codes and standards the oil and gas sector requires.
This is a capability statement, not a project history. Benang has not yet delivered a completed oil and gas project, and we are upfront about that as we build this part of our business.
