Every Benang crew is our own. We do not subcontract the work that defines us. That means one point of accountability, consistent quality, and the speed that comes from teams who have worked together for years.

Jasmine Kadic, a proud Whadjuk and Ballardong woman from a long line of Noongar leaders, co-founded Benang in 2018 to prove an Aboriginal-owned company could self-perform across every trade on major utility and resource projects. Today Benang is Australia's only Aboriginal-owned contractor self-performing across water, power and gas, delivering directly to asset owners including Water Corporation, ATCO and Fortescue. Jasmine is a MURRA Indigenous Business Program alumna, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a 2024 Business News 40 Under 40 winner, Chair of Noongar Mia Mia and WA Advisor to NATSIHA.

When Benang wins a job, our own tradespeople deliver it. No subcontracting the core work. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, and it is what sets us apart from contractors who manage others to do the work.
