  • Challenge

    DevelopmentWA needed Lot 29 at The Parkway, Ellenbrook prepared for construction on a tight programme, with earthworks delivered next to occupied properties under WAPC approval and strict dust, noise and traffic controls.

  • Approach

    Benang established the site, then self-performed the earthworks: clearing within approved limits, topsoil stripping and management, bulk excavation and fill, and final trimming, while maintaining access to adjacent properties and managing traffic, dust and noise.

  • Outcome

    The site was shaped and prepared to let the building contractor progress, delivered under WAPC approval with property access maintained and affected areas reinstated.
